Half down to reserve, remaining balance due 2 weeks before event.

• The rental includes total cleaning of the venue before and after all events, which includes trash bag removal at end of event and cleaning of floors, restrooms and contact surfaces. At event end, just take all trash off tables and put in trash bags, take your food, gifts and go!
• To reserve your date, we accept 50% down with remaining balance due two weeks before event.  (First come, first served - Partial payment invoice must be paid within 24 hours after requesting to book)

Included with your event:

• Tables and chairs are complimentary (does not include setup). $100 optional set up fee. 
•   We have:
  • 12 five-ft. round tables (seats 8)
  • 17 six-ft. long tables (seats 6-8)
  • 150 Ghost chairs
• Bluetooth-only studio sound system
• Two 44-gallon trash cans with 6 trash bags included
• Two HVAC units with separate adjustable thermostats
• Security included with all Friday and Saturday bookings. Additional fee for weekday and Sunday events exceeding 10pm.
• Vendors/decorators welcome!
• BYOB allowed

Self-guided tours in the venue (by appointment only):

• Monday 10am-8pm
• Tuesday 10am-8pm
• Wednesday 10am-8pm
• Thursday 10am-8pm

• Linens with table runners, covers all seated tables, gift/dessert tables and food tables (we have many colors available)
• 5 different Centerpieces and flowers
• 2 backdrops (Flower wall, pipe & drape curtain backdrop)
• White/gold throne (single seat)
• (Baby showers) - Baby blocks/baby gift table
• Ice chest
• Easel

**Additional cost to add charger plates with cloth napkins to package or formal setup (chargers/napkins with dinnerware/plates/cups)
