Our Rates (Venue Rental Only):
- Monday-Thursday - 8 hour rental - $650
- Friday - 4pm -1am - $800
- Saturday Afternoon timeslot - 11am-4pm - $600
- Saturday Evening timeslot - 6pm -1am - $1,200
- Saturday Full Day Buyout - 1pm-1am - $1,500
- Sunday - 12pm - 8pm - $750
- The rental includes total cleaning of the venue before and after all events, which includes trash bag removal at end of event and cleaning of floors, restrooms and contact surfaces. At event end, just take all trash off tables and put in trash bags, take your food, gifts and go!
- To reserve your date, we accept 50% down with remaining balance due two weeks before event. (First come, first served - Partial payment invoice must be paid within 24 hours after requesting to book)

- Tables and chairs are complimentary (does not include setup). We have:
- 12 five-ft. round tables (seats 8)
- 15 six-ft. long tables (seats 6-8)
- 150 Ghost chairs
- Bluetooth-only studio sound system
- Two 44-gallon trash cans with 6 trash bags included
- Two HVAC units with separate adjustable thermostats
- Security included with all evening bookings
- Vendors/decorators welcome!
