• The rental includes total cleaning of the venue before and after all events, which includes trash bag removal at end of event and cleaning of floors, restrooms and contact surfaces. At event end, just take all trash off tables and put in trash bags, take your food, gifts and go!
• Able to divide room for ceremonies. Reception. Pre-function
• Security/bartender mandatory during alcohol service time (i.e. beer, champagne, wine) **Must be employed by Ballroom Surge
